It is composed of is seaweed, specifically algae jelly, which look like noodles hence the “ramen,” and are tossed in condensed milk with crushed ice. You can feel free to add whatever toppings you like, like you would do with a regular ice cream or yogurt. Those who want to stay true to the “ramen” title can add mochi, fresh fruit, and peach syrup to give the “ramen” feel.

Why Ice Cream Ramen Instead of Regular Ramen and Ice Cream?

Despite the tasty flavor of this invention, it actually provides some benefits that you wouldn’t get from a regular bowl of ramen or ice cream.
