Preparation
Rinse all of the fruit. Prepare the Papaya by removing the skin and seeds. Remove the stems from the Strawberries.
Method
When you are ready to begin the active phase, combine the Papaya, Strawberries and Yogurt in the blender. Pulse, until your mixture takes on the consistency of a thick soup. Season to taste and chill the results and serve.
The Cold Papaya Soup can be held refrigerated up to 4 days, before service. Do not store frozen.
