This quick and easy arugula pesto sauce recipe, pairs beautifully with pasta! Try it over freshly Roasted Potatoes or Baked Potato. Other common uses for this recipe are as a spread, Marinade for fish and lamb, or pizza sauce.

Preparation

Place a medium Sauté Pan on the stove top and turn to Medium Heat. Toast the whole walnuts over Medium Heat until lightly brown. Once golden brown, set aside.

Method

Combine the arugula, Salt, Walnuts, Parmesan Cheese, lemon juice and Garlic Cloves into a Food Processor. Pulse the arugula pesto sauce in the food processor while Drizzling the Olive Oil.
