This Teriyaki Wing Sauce is perfect for Tossing cooked Chicken Wings or Smart Kitchen’s Chicken Nuggets and is fairly simple to prepare.



The only Preparation here is really washing the Scallion and then Slicing it thinly. Because the work can be done so quickly, and because the Teriyaki Wing Sauce will hold so well in the refrigerator, we suggest that all the work be done in one straight shot.


The active method work is very simply to add all the ingredients into a Mixing Bowl and then Whisk them together well until they are fully incorporated. Once completely mixed, store the Teriyaki Wing Sauce in the refrigerator.

The Teriyaki Wing Sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance and held in the refrigerator for later use. 

We use the Teriyaki Wing Sauce as a finishing sauce for already cooked foods like Deep Fried Chicken Wings. It can also be used as a Marinade, if you so wish.

If you plan to use the Teriyaki Wing Sauce as a Marinade for Raw food, be sure to avoid Cross Contamination. If you want to reserve some Wing Sauce to serve alongside the finished wings put it aside before the Raw Poultry goes into the Marinade. Dispose of any Wing Sauce Contaminated by Raw so that there is no chance that any one will get sick.
