Asiago Cheese is an Italian Cow's Milk Cheese. Asiago has a strong, tangy flavor and comes in both "Hard" and "Soft" forms.

Culinary Uses

Asiago Cheese is one of the most commonly used Cheese in Italy, and is often grated over Pasta or used on Pizza. It is also sometimes substituted for Parmesan Cheese.
