Chop Suey Greens, also known as Tong Ho, Kikuna (Japanese), Ssukgat (Korean), Garland Chrysanthemums, or Chrysanthemum Greens (Chrysanthemum coronarium),  refers to aromatic, spicy, sweet, young, dark green leaves with flat, serrated leaves that are used extensively in Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine.

Chrysanthemum Greens are different than ornamental Chrysanthemums found in the garden.

Culinary Uses

Chop Suey Greens (the leaves) have a bitter taste are used in Stir Fries, Tempura, Soups, and Salads. The flowers or flower petals of Chop Suey Greens can be used to Garnish Soups or Salads.
