Cinnamon Sugar is a fairly straight forward mixture of 84% Granulated Sugar and 16% ground Cinnamon.
Since the method of production is so simple (and slightly decadent), making Cinnamon Sugar is a great place to call in the Junior Chefs (the kids) and get them involved with a small cooking chore (mixing). It is never too early to get them involved and learning about cooking.
