Pepperoncinis are small and medium-sized Sweet Peppers of the genus Capsicum. They are usually picked while still immature (they are a pale yellow green color when young and turn red when fully ripe), and are pickled.

Availability

Pepperoncinis are available all year long.

Culinary Uses

They are often served as part of an Antipasto platter, on Italian Sub Sandwiches, or in Italian-style Salads.
