Carré is a French culinary term meaning a Large Dice.
Carré, the largest of the five classical French culinary cube cuts is ¾” wide, ¾” tall and ¾“ long, (1.9 cm by 1.9 cm by 1.9 cm).
The Carré is derived by cutting down the Pont Neuf at ¾“ intervals.
