Gremolata, also spelled “gremolada” is an Italian chopped herb condiment that traditionally accompanies Osso Buco alla Millanese though it is also delicious accompanying or sprinkled over Grilled or Roasted MeatPoultry and Seafood.

Culinary Uses

Gremolata is most often made by Mincing Lemon ZestRosemarySageMintGarlicAnchoviesParsley and mixing them together. As in most things, chefs differ over what, besides the lemon zest, to include.
