If you are in the market for a Roasting Pan you will want one with a heavy bottom and low to medium high sides. It should also have two handles.

Roasting Pans come in large rectangular or oval shapes with 2- to 4-inch vertical sides, that will keep the pan juices from overflowing in the oven. Sometimes they will come with racks to raise the meat above the drippings. Cook’s Illustrated recently did a Review of Roasting Pans.
